Akhail Ahmad Bardi is a distinguished Advocate practicing in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. He holds an L.L.B. from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. With extensive experience in constitutional, civil, and corporate law, he has appeared in over 400 cases before the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, the Supreme Court of India, and the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT).
Previously, he served as a Government Advocate in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in 2018 and was later appointed as Additional Standing Counsel by the Central Government, Ministry of Law and Justice, for District Leh. Over the years, he has successfully secured more than 10 reported judgments in both the Supreme Court and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. His practice extends to multiple legal forums, including the Supreme Court, High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), and various District Courts.
